What locations do you serve? We have two locations: Louisville, Kentucky (3703 Taylorsville Road, Suite 120) and Ridgefield, Connecticut (100 East Ridge Road). Both locations offer our full range of anti-aging and wellness services.

What are your hours of operation? Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Wednesday & Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

What is Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy? Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy uses hormones that are chemically identical to those naturally produced by the human body to restore optimal hormone levels. Unlike synthetic hormones, bio-identical hormones provide benefits without the negative side effects.

What hormones can be replaced with BHRT? We offer replacement therapy for Human Growth Hormone, Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEA, Pregnenolone, Thyroid hormones, and Melatonin, each targeting specific health concerns and wellness goals.

How is BHRT different from synthetic hormones? Synthetic hormones are structurally different from natural hormones and often cause side effects like bloating, headaches, and fatigue. What aesthetic treatments do you offer? Our medical spa features advanced treatments including EMFACE non-surgical facelifts, EXION technology for face and body treatments, RF microneedling, body contouring, and EMFEMME 360 for feminine wellness.

Do your treatments require downtime? Most of our treatments require little to no downtime. EMFACE offers zero downtime, zero pain, and no needles, while other treatments are designed for minimal recovery time.

What injectable treatments do you provide? We offer premium injectables including Sculptra®, Restylane®, Radiesse®, Dysport®, and Xeomin® for natural-looking rejuvenation and wrinkle reduction.

What skin therapy treatments are available? IAAM Skin Therapy offers BBL Phototherapy, hair removal, facials and peels, PROFOUND™ non-invasive facelifts, EXILIS™ and I-LIPO body sculpting, COLLAGEN-P.I.N. skin resurfacing, and injectable treatments.

Is BBL hair removal painful? Our BBL hair removal is virtually pain-free with zero downtime, providing safe and comfortable hair removal results.

What is PROFOUND™ treatment? PROFOUND™ is a revolutionary non-invasive facelift that uses energy-based facial treatment designed to create new elastin, collagen, and hyaluronic acid for natural rejuvenation.

How is your weight management program different? Our medical weight management program addresses root causes of weight gain through three pillars: restoring insulin sensitivity, achieving optimal hormone balance, and normalizing brain chemistry, rather than just focusing on calories.

Are your supplements natural or synthetic? We carry both natural and synthetic nutrients. Synthetic nutrients are manufactured to be chemically identical to natural sources and are often purer, while some natural supplements can contain impurities.

What is the Platinum Concierge Service? Our Platinum Concierge Service is an exclusive add-on for current IAAM patients, providing comprehensive concierge healthcare including family care, specialist coordination, and premium convenience services.

Who is eligible for Platinum Concierge Service? This service is available exclusively as an add-on for current IAAM patients and includes coverage for children ages 5-18 with our family care certified practitioners.

What specialists do you refer to? We refer within our vetted physician network including 1st Urology, Norton's Cardiovascular Associates, ENT, UofL Sleep Medicine, psychologists/psychiatrists, social workers, personal trainers, GI specialists, chiropractic clinics, and orthopedics.

Do you have an on-site pharmacy? Yes, we have an on-site pharmacy for many conditions including hypertension, preventive diabetes, cholesterol, and antibiotics (non-controlled substances only).

Insurance & Payment

Do you accept insurance? We do nor accept insWe provide forms for MSA, FSA, and HSA reimbursement. For specific insurance questions, please contact our office directly.

What are your cash rates for imaging? We offer discounted cash rates for Heartland Imaging and Priority Radiology as part of our Platinum Concierge Service.
