Lydia Pearson, RN.

Lydia received her nursing degree from the University of South Carolina – Aiken in 1984 and passed the nursing board examinations the same year. She worked for the New Hanover Hospital in Wilmington, NC on the Neuro floor initially, before taking a job with a local plastic surgeon.

Lydia worked as a first assist with Dr. Luke Sampson a prominent plastic surgeon in Wilmington, NC where she developed a strong passion for the field. When the family moved from North Carolina, she took some time off to be a full-time mom for her two small children.

When she went back to work in 2007, she quickly got back into the field of aesthetics becoming a certified nurse injector for: Botox, Juvederm, Dysport, and Restylane. In 2011 Sculptra Aesthetic was launched and Lydia was the only nurse in the state of Kentucky certified and trained to inject it. She soon became a national trainer for Valeant Pharmaceuticals to teach follow-up trainings.

Lydia has a passion for learning about new products and techniques for maximizing their benefits. All the major aesthetic product suppliers have recognized her as an expert. She is certified as an ACE trainer at the national level for both Allergan and Galderma. In 2015 she was ranked in the top ten trainers in the country. She is also a trainer for Exilis and Vanguish for BTL Industries.

She has now been treating patients for over nine years and she enjoys helping people to look their best. Her approach to Aesthetics is “less is more” and “soft and natural”. Since joining Dr. Fishman, Lydia has been actively learning about all aspects of anti-aging and she plans to further develop her skills in this important area. Lydia is a member of American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
